My life

Born in Australia, my favourite subject at high school was nutrition and home economics. My father developed early-onset Alzheimer’s at 54 yrs old. Today I believe I have an understanding of the major contributing factors to his illness thanks to DNA testing and the knowledge I have learned from Smart Genomic Wellness Testing. 



I have a Bachelor of Applied of Science in Health Promotion and an Advanced Certificate in Nutrition and Health for Anxiety, Depression and Stress. I am a qualified Health and Nutrition Coach and a professional member with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).

I am passionate about health and nutrition. My goal is to serve others by sharing my knowledge and experience. I study and research nutrition and genetics in my spare time and share my findings with my clients when possible.


My hobbies

I am an individual who is committed to my own health. I won’t ask my clients to do anything that I don’t do or have not tried when it comes to nutrition and health. My goal is to thrive, not just survive. I love weight training, connecting with animals and walking in nature. I aim to educate and empower my clients, and inspire them to adopt lifelong health and lifestyle changes. 


Fitness Achievements

I have placed second and third place in over 40s Australian Natural Body Building, with lived experience in fat loss and muscle gain.
